Join the Kankakee Community College as they hold The Attraction and Retention Series. This series is being offered in conjunction with our partners at College of Lake County Small Business Development Center. It will be held throughout the remainder of March, continuing well into April.
These presentations look to help small business owners with affordable and easy solutions for in addressing key issues associated with attracting, hiring and keeping talent in today’s tough labor market. Management Consultant Michelle Arentz, owner of Lazarus Learning LLC, in this virtual seven-part series will be exploring what workers are looking for and how small businesses can be competitive beyond wages.
The series will take place between March 15th and April 26th. Each of the sessions will be held on Tuesday from 9-9:45 a.m. Consultation following each session will take place during “Open Office Hours” from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sessions can be attended independently or as a series.
