Bourbonnais, IL – The Bourbonnais Friendship Festival returns for its 47th year Wednesday, June 22
through Sunday, June 26, at Goselin Park on the Bourbonnais Municipal Center grounds 700 Main St.
NW. In preparation for the five-day festival, the following will undergo temporary closures:
Effective Tuesday, June 14, the Event and Skate Plaza is closed. The skate equipment will be returned
following the festival’s completion.
Effective Sunday, June 19, William Latham Dr. will be closed from Main St. NW (IL Route 102) to Plum
Creek Dr., and Plum Creek Dr. will be closed from William Latham Dr. to Briarcliff Ln. All roads will be
reopened the morning of Monday, June 27.
Effective Friday, June 24, Main St. NW (IL Route 102) from Marsile St. to William Latham Dr. will be
closed from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. for the Children’s Parade.
Effective Sunday, June 26, S. Main St. (US Route 45) from Munroe St. north to Main St. NW (IL Route
102) will be closed and Main St. NW (IL Route 102) from S. Main St. (US Route 45) to William Latham
Dr. will be closed from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. for the Grand Parade.
