minority, women, LGBTQIA+, differently abled persons, and veteran-owned contractors through
education on ComEd’s Energy Efficiency Portfolio offerings at NO COST TO YOU.
This FREE training program includes the following topics:
· Project Finances and Business Resources
· Marketing and Selling Energy Efficiency
· Energy Efficiency Business Growth Plan Development
· DBE & ICC Certification Application Process & Support
· Energy Efficiency Projects - Best Practices
· Mentoring and Alumni Support
PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Be a contractor business in operation for at least 2 years
performing one of the following services to their
customers:
· Electrical/Lighting Contractor
· HVAC Contractor
· Engineering/Design
· General Contractor in the Electrical and HVAC
Industries
· Eligible to do business in Illinois and in good standing
with the state of Illinois
· Insured and able to provide certificate(s) of insurance
· Committed to participating in all program webinars
and check-in sessions
· Able to commit to renewing or obtaining for the first
time an Illinois Commerce Commission Certification
