Lynette A. Blasingame, JD is an experienced and dynamic HR Professional with over 15 years’
experience. She partners with business leaders as a strategic thinker to help leaders accomplish short and
long-term goals. Her problem-solving ability helps employers ensure legal compliance, reduce risk,
increase employee retention and engagement in the workplace. She has written Standard Operating
Procedures and Employee Handbooks for organizations to ensure formality and compliance. Lynette has
worked in the private and public sector and understands the importance of having effective
Human Resources systems in place.
Lynette has Managed Teams to ensure program quality and impact. Her areas of expertise are Employee
Relations, Performance Management, Risk Management, Investigations, and Training. Although she is
passionate about helping leaders improve their work environments, she is just as passionate about
providing employees with tools to help them thrive in the workplace.
Lynette holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Valparaiso University School of Law and a
Bachelors’ Degree in Criminal Justice from Indiana University. She is trained in Diversity,
Equity, and Inclusion. As an Adjunct Professor she has taught Business Law and Criminal Law
courses at Indiana University and Indiana Wesleyan University.
Lynette currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Nexus Indian Oaks.
