Brandi Kaner was born and raised in Kankakee County and resides in Bourbonnais with her husband Mark, their two sons Preston (12) and Bryce (10) and daughter Gianna (3).

Brandi earned her Associate of Arts degree from Kankakee Community College and her Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Administration from Illinois State University.

Brandi joined the Community Outreach team at Ascension Saint Mary's Hospital in 2018, beginning her role as Community Relations Coordinator. Brandi serves, volunteers and partners with many local non-profit groups and agencies such as Options Center for Independent Living, Clove Alliance, Kiwanis Club of Kankakee, YMCA, Kankakee Alzheimer's Walk Committee and on the board for the Kankakee County Chamber of Commerce. Brandi also volunteers and is involved with Bishop McNamara Catholic School and Maternity B.V.M Church serving on the Social Concerns committee.

Brandi strongly believes in Kankakee County and all it has to offer. She is very proud to serve in the community that she and her family call home.
