Keegan is Part-Owner and Operator at Fitness Premier Bourbonnais and Manteno. He plays an active role in helping clients with nutrition, assisted stretch, and 1 on 1 personal training. He has been extremely dedicated to this journey since he became a part of Fitness Premier in 2021. He has a passion for helping people live their happiest, and most fulfilling life through fitness!
Keegan has been awarded with Rookie of the Year in 2022 and Hustler of the Year in 2022 and 2023 by Fitness Premier. He has been most excited about the recent upgrades he helped make in his clubs with amenities such as saunas, massage chairs, cryotherapy and more!
His favorite part of working at Fitness Premier is aiding people in overcoming common obstacles that are hindering their success when starting in the gym, and helping them establish a plan to avoid the struggles with nutrition and fitness that he had in the past!
