Tiffany Heneghan started in banking almost six years ago. She started as a part time teller with Midland states bank in Bradley. As she quickly learned the ropes and kept increasing her knowledge and growing with the company, in 2022 she was promoted to the Assistant Banking Center Manager of the Bourbonnais location on Main Street.
"I am grateful to have Midland as my employer as, they’ve allowed me to do all kind of community involvement work. I love to be able to volunteer at all kinds of events that allows me to meet all kind of people. Another thing I love about my company is that we offer Financial literacy classes on all topics and ages free of charge."
Tiffany is a very active member of the Chamber of Commerce Ambassador program. "My bosses saw how much I love giving back to our community, and I’m always looking for the next thing to get us involved in. They approached me with joining the Kankakee County Chamber, (extremely happy with the offer, but super nervous at first). I started attending Chamber events and meetings in January 2024 and quickly fell in love with it and the people. Working with the Chamber has been a great experience and I’ve made some great connections along way and with that being able getting sponsorships for different events or going out there and helping at their events. My bank allows us to host a month-long fundraiser every fall for an animal shelter of our choice, I’ve got a great partner Emily who helps with this."
Tiffany is a mom of 3 kids and married to her husband Tom. They have 3 dogs, 5 cats and a guinea pig. She is also a big Chicago Cubs and Green Bay Packers fan! In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys doing 5k’s with her kids and friends, loves cooking and just recently took up gardening, along with getting back into reading.
