the City of Kankakee Economic and Community Development Agency (ECDA) office, located at 275 E. Court St., Suite 201, in Kankakee. The City of Kankakee ECDA partnered with Allies for Community Business and Illinois
Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity to deliver this free education session for those that wish to learn more about capital access and funding sources available. Allies For Community Business Senior
Community Lender, Elvin Rodriguez, and Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Northeast Regional Economic Development Officer, Sacella Smith, will be the keynote speakers for the panel. Bilingual
