With just about 18 months under her belt at the YMCA, Brittaney Beck has a deep passion for making a difference in the lives of members. Leading her teams to deliver high-value customer service to families has been one of the most rewarding aspects of her role. The Y’s commitment to strengthening the community aligns well with Brittaney's values, and she loves being a part of an organization that creates a welcoming and supportive environment for all.
Beyond the daily impact, Brittaney also appreciate the opportunities for teamwork and leadership growth. Collaborating with like-minded individuals with a passion for service motivates her to continue learning and finding new ways to contribute. She is also deeply woven into the community as a parent—her son is an entrepreneur, running his own business, and her daughter, a freshman at BB, is actively involved in sports and travel softball. Being involved in their journeys has made Brittaney even more passionate about engagement and advocacy in our community.
