Devyn has been attending Chamber events since she first began her employment with the City of Kankakee about 3 years ago and recently became an ambassador this summer.
Devyn is the Project Manager at the Economic & Community Development Agency for the City of Kankakee. She manages business attraction and marketing projects and specializes in creative projects ranging from brand development and UX/UI design to B2B and B2C social media advertising. Devyn’s favorite part of her job is attending tradeshows and connecting with new people from all over the U.S.
She was born and raised in the area and currently resides in Kankakee. She graduated from Governors State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication with a minor in Journalism and received a certification in Digital Marketing from the University of California at Berkeley.
In Devyn’s free time, she enjoys cooking, spending time in her garden, photography, and thrifting for her next favorite clothing item or home décor piece.
